摘要
借鉴了往届世博会绿地的后续利用方式,结合上海世博园区的实际情况,提出了绿地后续利用的原则和方式,探讨了政府、市场和社会相结合的综合管理模式。以期给上海世博会绿地的建设和管理提供参考,为其他大城市综合博览会绿地建设的后续利用提供经验借鉴。
Referring to the experiences of former Expos and considering the unique feature of Shanghai Expo, this paper puts forward the principles and methods about post - use of green lands and discusses the management mechanism involving government, market and society. It then proposes some suggestions to those policy makers and designers of Shanghai Expo, and also be useful for the construction and management of green lands in other large - scale exhibitions.
