农村居民点用地的盲目、无序发展将对社会经济发展产生诸多不利影响,对农村居民点用地演化进行科学的调控和引导,对加快城乡一体化进程以及促进社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。在对农村居民点用地演化调控的内涵以及指导思想进行分析的基础上,提出了农村居民点用地调控的主要内容,并对调控过程中的关键策略进行了论述。

The disorder development of the land use at the rural residential places will bring about many negative effects on the social economic development, so its scientific regulation and guidance on its evolvement is of great significance to fasten the rural - urban integration progress and promote the current construction of new socialist countryside. Firstly this paper analyzes the connotation and guiding thinking of the evolvement regulation of rural residential land, and then puts forward the main contents of the regulation of the rural residential land. In the end, it discusses some regulated strategies to promote the land use at the rural residential places.
