Compensation and resettlement for house demolition is a major problem in the project of urban construction. Enterprises which are affected by those projects are often faced with huge economic risks under the current urban demolition compensation policies. Based on the analysis to the risks in the enterprises demolition, such as tangible assets loss, intangible assets loss, etc. the current urban demolition compensation policies are evaluated. In order to reduce the enterprises demolition risks, some suggestions on improving compensation policies and supplementary means are finally put forward.
