不同处理松针粉对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

Effects of different treatment of pine needle powder on growth performance in weaned piglets

选取180头30日龄健康杜长大断奶仔猪随机分为3组,每组设3个重复,研究未处理松针粉(对照组)、纯酶降解的松针粉(试验Ⅰ组)和黑曲霉鲜曲降解的松针粉(试验Ⅱ组)对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。结果表明,两个试验组仔猪的日增重均显著大于对照组;料肉比和腹泻率均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);但两试验组之间的日增重和料肉比无显著差异;试验Ⅰ组的腹泻率显著低于试验Ⅱ组。这表明,利用酶处理松针粉饲喂仔猪效果比较理想,特别是利用黑曲霉鲜曲降解的松针粉直接饲喂动物是可行的。

One hundred and eighty 30-day-old healthy DLY weaned piglets was randomly divided into 3 treatment, each treatmement with 3 replication,to study effect of untreated pine needle powder （control） ,pine needle powder degradedby purified enzyme （group Ⅰ ）and pine needle powder degraded by the solid culture of Aspergillus niger （groupⅡ ）on growth performance of weaned piglets,respectively.The results showed that the daily gain in two experiment groups were significant higher than that in control group;the feed/gain and diarrhea ratio in two experiment groups were significant lower than that in control;but differences on the daily gain and feed/gain between two experiment groups were not significant.Diarrhea ratio in group Ⅰ was significant lower than that in group Ⅱ .The results demonstrated that supplementation of pine needle powder degraded by enzyme was more effective,and it was feasible that the pine needle powder degraded by the solid culture of A spergillus niger could be used to improve growth performance of weaned piglets, and it was more effective and feasible than other two treatment.
