摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS8.0,进行了哥林柱淬火冷却过程的温度场数值模拟和应力场分布计算,热处理试验前对哥林柱不同工艺热处理后的变形开裂倾向和淬火后可能的组织分布进行了预测,根据仿真结果对哥林柱的热处理工艺参数进行了优化,修改了工厂原先采用的淬火工艺,仿真计算减小了试验失败的风险和试验成本,生产应用表明模拟结果有较高的应用价值。
Temperature field numerical simulation and stress distribution of the tie rods were calculated during quenching process with the finite element analysis software ANSYS8.0. The deformation and broken tendency, microstructure were predicted before heat treatment. The heat treatment parameters were optimized by simulation results. The parameters of heat treatment process used in the factory were optimized and the process was improved. The risks of test failure and experimental expenses were reduced. The simulation results are proved valuable in the practical application.
