The Method and Strategy of Demand Management in Software Engineering Project

软件项目开发过程中,需求管理需要结合软件项目过程来进行,并将应用软件项目过程分解成策划阶段、设计阶段、开发阶段、测试阶段、试运行阶段和维护阶段,分析每一阶段需求管理的重点和所要达到的效果,根据项目实践经验总结提炼出软件项目经理与用户确认需求的有效方式和需求管理风险防范策略。

In the development of software projects, requirement management shall be conducted by combining with the processes of the software projects. Generally, the software project can be divided, according to different characteristics, into six stages： planning, design, development, test, trial running, and maintenance etc. Therefore, the key points of requirement management and the desired effect in every stage shall be analyzed. The effective ways of demands confirmation and risk prevention strategy of demand management accepted by both software project manager and clients were determined based on previous project experience.
