摘要
总结1994年1月至1997年1月59例前列腺癌核素骨显像检查结果,分析前列腺癌骨转移的部位、伴随症状、骨转移的分级,及其与前列腺特异性抗原(prostate specific antigen,PSA关系。资料显示前列腺癌骨转移的程度与 PSA 间有显著相关(P<0.01。核素骨显像简便、安全和灵敏,对前列腺癌骨转移的诊断有重要价值。
The object of this study is to investigate the value of bone scan in patients with bone metastasis of prostatic carcinoma.From January,1994 to January,1997,fifty-nine prostatic carcinomas with bone metastasis were diagnosed by bone scan.The accompanied symptoms,site and grade of bone metastasis,and the relation of the grade with prostate specific antigen were analyzed.The statistics shows the relation is significant(P<0.01).Bone scan is simple,safe and accurate and is of value for the diagnosis of bone metastasis of prostatic carcinoma.
