A New Channel Estimation Algorithm for FMT System

摘要 FMT(Filtered Multitone)系统不具备循环卷积的特点,无法与OFDM一样采用频域信道估计和补偿的方法。本文设计了一种训练序列,并基于序列的周期性和正交性实现了FMT的时域信道估计算法。算法在充分利用FMT接收端处理单元内的数据条件下,凭借FFT/IFFT技术可以快速地完成信道估计,获得无偏的估计值。理论分析和仿真实验均表明,算法的计算复杂度低,估计性能较好,且与周期长度无关。 FMT system had not such a characteristic of cyclic convolution that it couldn' t estimate and equalize the channel in its frequency domain as OFDM. To solve this question, this paper brought forward a new channel estimation algorithm, which used a training sequence with periodicity and orthogonality. The algorithm made full use of the data in a transaction cell in FMT receiver. It could esti-ate the channel fast to gain unbiased estimation in virtue of FFr/IFFT. Both theory analyse and simulation show low complexity,good estimation performance and independence on period of the sequence.
