摘要
为证实肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL与化疗药物的协同作用,以胃癌组织制备 TIL,以 MKN45和7901胃癌细胞株为靶细胞,选用 VCR、CBOCA、5-Fu、ADM 和 MMC 等5种化疗药物进行 TIL 协同抗癌试验。实验表明,TIL 增强5种化疗药对两种胃癌细胞的杀伤作用。提示:联合应用 TIL 的过继免疫化疗是对胃癌有前途的治疗方案。
This paper is aimed to study the cooperative antitumor effects of TIL with chem- otherapeutic agents.TIL was prepared from gastric cancer tissues;MKN45 and 7901 gastric cancer lines were selected as target cells;VCR,CBOCA,5-Fu,ADM and MMC were chosen to be studied as cooperated agents.The experiments confirmed that TIL enhanced the antitumor effects of 5 kinds of chemotherapeutic agents on MKN45 and 7901 cell lines.The study suggested that it is a therapeutic protocol with bright future on gastric cancer.
