简要地介绍了Lotus Notes在办公自动化系统(OA)开发中的技术特点,结合一个企业办公自动化系统的开发,阐述了该系统的总体需求、设计方案和系统实现,并对系统实现过程中的如何控制公文流转、文件修改及痕迹保留、同关系数据库的数据交换、保证系统安全等技术问题给出了相应的解决方案和思路。
Technical eharacteristic ofLotus Notes in the development of office automation （OA） system is introduced briefly. Combined the development of an enterprise office automation system, the overall requirements, design proposal, and the realize of the system are elaborated, and some solutions to technique question are given including, how to carries on the data exchange with the relational database, how to guarantee system security to the performance.
