摘要
将政府系统分类,设定各自的影响因素,然后用数学方法建立起一个政府人力资源规模的分析模型。在此分析模型基础上,探讨了政府系统人力资源规模分析模型中系数的计算方法,可以预测未来政府系统人力资源的规模和数量,由此判断目前以及预测人力资源规模是否合理,从而判断目前的政府系统人力资源的规模和结构是否与政府系统所处的环境相适应,为决策提供依据。
The government systems are classified, their own factors are set, and then mathematical methods is used to establish a government human resource scale analysis model. On the basis of this analysis model, the calculation method for the coefficients of government human resources system analysis model is explored, and is judged now and the forecast is reasonable scale of human resources. Moreover the current government system of human resources with the size and structure of government systems is judged to adapt the environment, the basis for decision-making is provided.
