摘要
目的比较护理本科带教教师与学生对实习计划的认知,以提高临床教学质量。方法分析护理教师对5所医学院校护理本科实习计划的认知,找出不同之处作为问卷设计的基础,对8所三级甲等医院的400名带教教师和200名本科实习护生进行问卷调查。结果在实习计划2个主题10个项目中,有6个项目的得分教师和学生的认知比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);有4个项目的得分教师和学生的认知比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论护理本科教师和学生对实习计划的认知并不完全相同,护理院校可将结果与现行的护理实习计划进行对照,从提高学生能力出发,制订出指导临床护理实践教学的指南。
Objective To compare cognitions between undergraduate clinical nursing teachers and students on the practice plan ,in order to improve clinical teaching quality. Methods Comparing the differences of cognitions of nursing teachers on practice plans of five medical colleges,we designed a questionnaire on the basis of the differences. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 400 undergraduate clinical nursing teachers and 200 undergraduate nursing students in 8 tertiary first-class hospitals. Results Of total 10 projects in 2 themes,there were significant differences in the scores of 6 projects between the teachers and students(P〈0.01); and there were no differences in the scores of 4 projects between the teachers and students (P〉0.05). Conclusion The cognitions of undergraduate clinical nursing teachers and students were not exactly the same, nursing colleges should develop the guideline for nursing practice teaching.
