Progress on ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast

近年来随着乳腺癌筛查及早期诊断技术的发展，乳腺导管原位癌（ductal carcinoma in situ，DCIS）的检出率明显升高。然而，目前人们对DCIS的生物学特性及其自然病程知之甚少，因而临床对于DCIS如何合理进行有关诊断治疗一直存在争议。

With the development of screening and early diagnosis for breast cancer, the detected rate of duetal carcinoma in situ （DCIS） has increase markedly in recent decades. However, we know little about the biological potential of DCIS and its natural history. Controversy also exists with regard to the optimal management of DCIS.
