摘要
当前我国的中小企业在人力资源管理方面存在部门职能不完善、人才匮乏,培训投入不足、缺乏有效的激励机制、企业文化严重缺失等诸多问题。必须不断完善人力资源管理体系,员工绩效考核及激励、人力资源配置、员工培训和企业文化建设等方面的建设。
At present many Chinese small and medium enterprises meet some problems in human resources management owing to incomplete function , talent shortage, insufficient training investment, ineffective compensation system and dormant corporate culturel etc. To solve these problems ,it is necessary to improve the human resources management system, staff personnel performance appraisal and compensation, human resource disposition, staff training and corporate culture construction.
