Five Key Relations in the University Student Party Construction Work

高校学生党建工作是育人工作的重要组成部分,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,培养和造就高素质人才的重要途径,也是高校的一项长期的战略任务。如何做好高校学生党建工作,本文提出要处理好五个关系:学生党员发展中数量与质量的关系;组织上入党与思想上入党的关系;学生党员学习与工作的关系;班级建设中的党团关系;学生群体中的党群关系。

University student party construction, as an important component of university education, plays an essential role in enhancing and improving ideological and political education, to cultivate high-quality talents, which is a long strategic work. With regard to the problems encountered by the university student party construction work, this paper proposes five key relations, i.e. quantity-quality relation of student party members, material - spiritual devotion into CCP, balance of study and work load for student members, relation between Communist Party and Communist Youth League in classes, and between the party and the masses of students as well, and discusses effective strategies to construct harmonious relations whereafter.
