摘要
采用以经济效益为宗旨的光学系统经济公差理论,可在满足光学系统整体性能指标的前提下合理地放宽公差,从而提高产品的经济效益。如何把这一理论应用于实际生产过程,其中一个关键环节就是要有效地解决公差优化的求解问题。本文从优化方法选择,惩罚函数的构造,优化结果的非线性修正三个方面对该问题加以讨论,最后给出了一个实际应用结果。
Under the condition of satisfying all of the functional aims of an optical system, the economic tolerance theory of optical systems is adopted for the purpose to get econornic benefit which can rationally relax the tolerances so that the economic benefit of production will be enhanced. One of the key processes of utilizing this theory in Practlcal production is to efficiently solve the problems of optimizing the tolerance. This paper discusses this problem in terms of the choice of the optimizing method, the structure of the punishing function and the non-liner modification of the optimized result. At last the paper ends with a practical result.
