诊所式教育在我国的发展探析

诊所式教育是一种从美国借鉴的教育方式。诊所式教育与传统的案例教学相比,能更好地调动学生的积极性;与一般的专业实习相比,针对性更强。诊所式教育在我国的应用,目前只是局限在高等院校法学院系。我国运用诊所式教育仍有一些差距,需要在师资、软硬件配备等方面加强。在整个教育领域推广诊所式教育,增强对诊所式教育的认识和实践,对实现人才培养目标有良好的促进作用。

Clinical education is a form of education learned from America. Compared with the traditional case teaching, clinical education, it is better in arousing students＇ enthusiasm, and it is more targeted if compared with the general professional training. Clinical education in our country is only limited to the departments or faculties of law in the institutions of higher learning. In view of this, we should strengthen the training of teaching staff and the installment of software and hardware equipment to narrow the gap in application. In the entire field of education, the promotion of clinical education and the enhancement of the understanding and practice of clinical education will be of great help to the achievement of the goal of training talents.
