摘要
本文论述了中国海外投资地域的语言文化分布;分析了目前中国海外投资的跨文化沟通能力、问题和挑战,在管新平(Guan,2005)有效跨文化沟通三要素基础上,着重分析了中国海外企业跨文化沟通的效果。本文认为,中国海外企业采用东道国语言文化直接沟通效果最好;采用翻译或第三方语言文化沟通的效果次优;在非华人社会里采用汉文化沟通的效果几乎无效。跨文化沟通效果高低对投资贸易发展具有重要意义,但是文化对经济影响只是在一定范围内起作用,不能夸大文化对经济的作用。
In this paper, we drew the language and cultural distribution of Chinese oversea direct investment, analyzed the intercultural communication competent mastered and its issues as well as challenges faced by Chinese oversea enterprises, and explored the intercultural communication effectiveness of Chinese oversea enterprises, based on Guan Xinping's three factors of effictive intercultural communication. This paper concluded that it is optimal effectiveness that Chinese oversea enterprises communicated by using host country's language and culture; and it is second-optimal effectiveness that Chinese oversea enterprises communicated by using translator or the third party language and culture; however, it is near no effectiveness that Chinese oversea enterprises communicated by using Chinese and its culture in non-Chinese society. The effectiveness of intercultural communication has played an important rote in oversea investment and trade, but the impact of culture on economy is just limited in a given scope, and the effect of culture on economy cannot be over-exaggerated.
