摘要
针对某发电公司2#锅炉严重结焦而长期出力不足问题进行了全面的试验研究,分析出锅炉燃用强结焦煤、炉膛宽深比大和采用大切角是结焦严重的主要原因,提出并实施燃烧器改造及对燃烧器区域裸露炉墙增加水冷壁的方案,在燃烧调整试验中,首次采用了调整二次风大风箱风压的技术,该技术是解决锅炉严重结焦、平衡锅炉两侧渣量的重要手段。通过综合治理,锅炉严重结焦问题得到根本缓解,锅炉最大连续出力由560 t/h提高到670 t/h。
An experimental investigation has been conducted in order to detect the reason for serious slagging and insufficient output of a 200 MW unit boiler. Investigations show that high coking coal use, large width - depth ratio of the furnace, big tangentially combustion design are the main reasons for the existing problems. Based on above studies, a comprehensive technological modification scheme is designed carefully and carried out strictly, including waterwall covering on the zone of furnace waterwall exposure near the burners, horizontal bias combustion adoptiong and air pressure adjusting of big secondary air box. With the help of mentioned measures, the serious slagging has been alleviated effectively and the maximum continious output of the boiler has been increased to 670 t/h from 560 t/h.
