摘要
针对工业锅炉普遍存在的低燃烧效率和高烟尘排放问题,从良好地组织炉内空气动力场角度出发,作者建议改进燃烧室出口形状及相关结构,以期改善烟气中气体可燃物和飞灰中固体可燃物的燃尽程度,实现有效的节能减排效果。测试和分析表明,本文的技术方案和所建议的结构数据具有较重要的参考价值。
Targeting on the common problem of idustrial boilers' low combustion efficiciency and high fly ash emission, based on the idea of reasonably establishing furnace aerodynamic field, authors suggeste make some - what scientific changes for furnace outlet geomerty and related structure in order to improve burnout performance of combustible gas in flue gas and combustible solid in fly ash. Experimental investigations showe that the suggested scheme and structural data would be valuable to realize energy saving and emission reducing effectively in industrial boiler performance improvement progress.
