炼铁企业矿槽系统节能环保工艺设计

摘要 节能与环保,既与技术设备的研究有关,又与各具特点的系统管理有关。本文针对炼铁厂矿槽系统,从技术管理角度出发,讨论了实现矿槽系统节能环保的各项措施。实践经验表明,有关措施的实施既能实现节能环保目标,又体现了技术管理的重要意义。 Energy conservation and enviroment protection is related with both R&D of technology/equipment and process design of various systems. Aiming at the feeding system of iron making enterprises, authors discusse the feasible technoligcal measures and management modes on energy saving and enviroment protection. Practical experiences show that the discussed five enviroment protection measures and four energy saving methods could improve proformance of feeding system in iron making enterprises, and reasonable process design is indispensable.
