摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys—C)动态变化在急性百草枯中毒早期肾损伤的意义。方法对85例急性百草枯中毒组和50例正常对照组进行血清胱抑素C的浓度测定,中毒组又分为存活组和死亡组。根据血清胱抑素C的动态变化结果进行统计学分析。结果动态检测血清胱抑素C可以早期发现急性百草枯中毒后导致肾损伤,并且中毒越严重(根据服毒量的多少),升高的越快、越显著,预后越差,死亡率越高。结论血清胱抑素C是反应急性百草枯中毒早期肾损伤的一项灵敏指标。 Objective To investigate the significance of dynamic changes of Cys C in early renal injuries with acute paraquat intoxication. Method The concentration of Cys C was measured in 50 cases of normal control group and 85 cases of acute paraquat intoxication group, which was divided into the survival group and death group, The statistical analysis was carried out. Result Renal injuries after paraquat intoxication could be found early by the dynamic detection of Cys C, and fast and significant increase of Cys C resulted in worse prognosis and higher mortality. Conclusion Cys C is a sensitive indicator for early renal injuries patients with paraquat intoxication.
