考马斯亮蓝法测定蛋白含量的研究

Determination of protein quantitation using the method of coomassie brilliant blue

采用考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法对蛋白质含量进行了测定,建立了快速、灵敏的检测蛋白质的方法。结果表明,考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法简单、迅速,且相对较为准确,是测定低浓度蛋白质含量的有效方法。

The determination method of protein content by using the dying method with Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 has been developed.It is showed that the method is simplicity,rapidity and sensitivity for protein quantification assay,especially suitable for the determination of low content samples.
