Haploid technique is a new approach for breeding, combined biotechnology and conventional breeding technology. Obtainment, identification and duplication of haploid, etc, have been introduced in this paper. It will reduce breeding period by haploid technique and improve breeding efficiency. Haploid technique has wide application prospects in corn breeding.
