摘要
通过组织培养的方式,研究了不同作物根系分泌物对莴苣的化感作用。结果表明:不同作物根系分泌的化感物质均能明显抑制莴苣幼苗的生长,其根系生长也明显受到抑制。通过隶属函数值可得出,不同作物对莴苣化感作用的大小顺序为黄瓜>西瓜>辣椒>番茄>白菜。
The Allelopathy of root exudation of different crops on lettuce was researched through tissue culture method. The results showed that the growth of tops and roots was inhibited by root exudation of different crops. The results of integrate subjection value showed that the allelopathy sequence of different crops on lettuce was cucumber 〉 watermelon hot pepper 〉 tomato 〉 Chinese cabbage.
