中西医结合治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变临床观察

Clinical Observation of Therapy of Combination of TCM with Western Medicine on Central Serous Chorioretinopathy

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变的疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为两组。对照组43例,采用西药联合激光治疗;治疗组57例,在对照组治疗的基础上予中药分期治疗。结果:治疗组治愈31例,显效13例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率为92.98%(95%CI=86.35%～99.61%);对照组治愈12例,显效8例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率为74.42%(95%CI=61.38%～87.46%);两组综合疗效比较(P=0.0030),有显著性差异。结论:中西医结合治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效优于西医疗法,其收益为OR=0.22(95%CI=0.06～0.75),NNT=5(95%CI=3.1～21.1)。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine on central serous ehorioretinopathy. Method：100 cases with central serous chorioretinopathy were divided into two groups randomly. The cases in control group were treated by western medicine and laser therapy. The ones in treatment group were done by Chinese medicine by stages on the base of above treating. Result ： In treatment group 31 cases were cured, 13 cases were excellent, 9 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The tatal effective rate was 92.98% （95% CI = 86.35%-99.61% ）. In the control group 12 cases were cured, 8 cases were excellent, 12 cases were effective, and 11 cases were ineffective. The tatal effective rate was 74.42% （95% CI = 61.38%-87.46% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups on curative effect （P = 0. 003 0）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine is better than only western medicine on central serous chorioretinopathy, OR = 0.22 （ 95 % CI = 0. 064）. 75 ）, NNT = 5 （95 % CI = 3.1-21.1 ）.
