健脾理气法针刺治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫45例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture with Principle of Invigorating Spleen to Regulate Qi on Diabetic gastroparesis,A Report of 45 Cases

目的:观察健脾理气法针刺治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组以健脾理气法为原则,选取中脘、内关、天枢、足三里、公孙等穴进行针刺治疗;对照组口服西沙必利片。结果:治疗组痊愈26例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率为95.6%(95%CI=84.6%～99.2%);对照组痊愈22例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率为82.2%(95%CI=71.0%～93.4%);两组综合疗效比较(u=1.1601,P>0.05),差异无显著性。结论:健脾理气法针刺治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效与口服西沙必利片疗效相当。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of invigorating the spleen to regulate qi with acupuncture on diabetic gastroparesis. Method： 90 cases were divided into two groups randomly. The cases in treatment group were needled in Zhongwan, Neiguan, Tianshu, Zusanli, Gongsun and so on abiding by the principle of invigorating the spleen to regulate qi. The cases in control group were treated by cisapride orally. Result：In treatment group 26 cases ware cured, 17cases were effective ,2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.6% （95% CI = 84.6%-99.2% ）. In control group,22 cases were cured, 15 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, and total effective rate was 82.2% （95% CI = 71.0%-93.4% ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups about curative effect （u = 1. 1601, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture according to principle of invigorating the spleen to regulate qi has the same effect as cisapride on diabetic gastroparesis.
