摘要
目的:检测不同菊花中多糖的含量。方法:在硫酸-苯酚显色后,用分光光度计测定491nm波长处吸光度,计算不同菊花中多糖的含量。结果:野菊、一般菊、贡菊、杭菊、七彩菊多糖含量平均值分别为19.03%、18.68%、22.67%、45.52%、19.57%。结论:菊花和野菊花中,杭菊的多糖含量最高。
Objective: To assay the content of polycose in different species of chrysanthemi flos. Method: Do coloration with vitriol-C6H5 OH phenol. Then detect ahsorbance at wavelength 491nm with spectrophotometer. At last calculate the content of polyeose in different chrysanthemi flos. Result: The mean values of polycose contents in Chrysanthemum indicum L., general chrysanthemum, gong-chrysanthemum, hang-chrysanthemum, sevencolored chrysanthemum were 19.03% , 18.68%, 22.67% , 45.52% and 19.57% respectively. Conclusion: Hang-chrysanthemum has the most content of polycose in various chrysanthemi flos.
