轨道车辆用横向止挡橡胶材料的断裂特性 被引量:4

摘要 用有限元分析软件分析轨道车辆用横向止挡橡胶材料的断裂特性。结果表明,横向止挡整体受压缩载荷作用,但橡胶层局部区域产生拉伸应力,拉伸应力区域是横向止挡破坏的源发区域;横向止挡橡胶材料带单边预制切口拉伸(SENT)试样受到拉伸时,切口尖端出现钝化,而随着切口长度的增大,切口尖端钝化现象变弱,更易出现裂纹并扩展;在小应变范围内,采用有限元方法计算的SENT试样J积分值可作为橡胶材料的断裂特性参数,用来评估裂纹萌生和扩展特性,与撕裂能评估方法基本等效。
