摘要
以6-叔丁基邻甲酚为主要原料,与二氯化硫在环己烷溶剂中反应,合成抗氧剂736,即4,4'-硫代双(6-叔丁基邻甲酚)。确定了最佳工艺条件为:以环己烷为溶剂,在反应温度18~22℃,反应时间3h,6-叔丁基邻甲酚与二氯化硫物质的量比为2.0:1.05,溶剂与6-叔丁基邻甲酚体积比为3.0:1.0。在此条件下进行合成的抗氧剂736收率达到82%以上,超过文献值13%。产物结构经红外光谱和元素分析确证。
Antioxidant 736, i. e. 4,4′- thiobis (6 - tert - butyl - o - cresol), was prepared from 6 - tert - butyl - o - cresol and sulfur dichloride in cyclohexane. Effect of the reaction conditions on the product yields was investigated and the optimal synthetic conditions were obtained. The optimal conditions were as follows: cyclohexane as solvent, reaction temperature 18 - 22℃, reaction time 3 h, molar ratio of 6 - tert - butyl - o - cresol to sulfur dichloride 2.0 : 1.05, the volume ratio of solvent to 6 - tert - butyl - o - cresol 3.0:1.0 . The yield of antioxidant 736 was over 82%. It was above literature data 13%. The structure of the object product was verified by IR spectrum and elementary analysis.
