高效印染废水脱色剂的合成及应用

摘要 用多胺代替部分双氰双胺合成了性能优良的絮凝脱色剂,提高了印染废水的处理效果,降低了产品的成本。实验表明:最佳条件为n(多胺B):n(双氰双胺):n(甲醛):n(三聚氰胺)=l:0.6:2.0:0.15,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为3h,产品的脱色效果最好。此外,通过与双酸铝铁的共聚物DA配合使用,进一步降低了废水处理成本。 A good performance modifiable flocculating - decolorizing agent was obtained by organic amine replacing fractional dicyandiamide. And decolorizing performance of dyeing wastewater could be improved and its cost could be reduced. The optimum technology conditions were determined as follows: n (B) :n (Formaldehyde) : n (Melamine) : n ( Ammonium chloride) = 1 : 0.6 : 2.0 : 0.15, the reaction temperature was 90℃, reaction time was 3.0 h, and the product had a optimum performance under this conditions. Furthermore, the cost was more reduced when its application be used with DA of the polymer of aluminum and iron.
