Discussion of the Safety Grounding Interlocking Device on Railway Locomotive and Rolling Stock

为了保证有关人员不受电击,依据TB/T 3076—2003《铁路应用机车车辆电气隐患防护的规定》,介绍了在机车车辆设计制造中应采取的措施。根据国外的应用实例,探讨了在铁路机车车辆上应用安全接地联锁装置的方案,并简要介绍了该联锁装置。

In order to ensure that relevant people not be electric shocked,according to TB/T 3076-2003 Railway Applications-Rolling Stock-Protective Provisions against Electrical Hazards,measures that should be taken in design and manufacture of locomotive and rolling stock are described.On the basis of practical application examples abroad,the scheme to apply the safety grounding interlocking device on railway locomotive and rolling stock is discussed,and the interlocking device is described briefly.
