PXK基因多态性与汉族人系统性红斑狼疮易感性关联分析 被引量：1

Association between polymorphism of PXK gene and systemic lupus erythematosus susceptibility in Chinese Han population

摘要 目的研究PXK基因多态性与汉族人系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)易感性的相关性。方法利用Illumina 610-Quad芯片对590例SLE患者和1135例正常对照样本进行基因分型,选取PXK基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分型数据,用Plink1.03软件进行统计分析。结果PXK基因上7个SNPs(rs6445975、rs7622074、rs6786088、rs12637163、rs9817356、rs11710823和rs6767291)的等位基因频率在病例组和对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PXK基因多态性可能与汉族人SLE易感性不相关。 Objective To investigate the association between polymorphism of PXK gene and systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）susceptibility in Chinese Han population. Methods The genotyping was done by using the Illu- mina Human 610-Quad BeadChips in 590 cases of SLE and 1 135 controls, then we selected genotyping data of 7 SNPs in PXK gene. Statistical analysis was performed by the Plink 1.03 software. Results The differences of allele frequencies of 7 single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） （rs6445975, rs7622074, rs6786088, rs12637163, rs9817356, rs11710823 and rs6767291） in PXK gene between cases and normal controls were not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion It suggests that polymorphism of PXK gene may not be related to susceptibility of SLE in Chinese Han population.
