先天性肾上腺皮质增生症合并精原细胞瘤一例报告
摘要
患儿，男，8岁。因发现双侧睾丸肿块2周于2006年1月入院。患儿足月顺产，出生时体质量5．4kg．身高51cm。患儿4岁时较同龄儿童生长快，智力发育欠佳。父母否认近亲结婚，家族中无类似病史。查体：血压148／100mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），身高150cm。体质量39kg。全身皮肤色素沉着，第二性征发育，有胡须和喉结，会阴部呈男性阴毛分布，阴茎成人型。
