东北粮食主产区的旱涝灾害及对策分析

Drought and Water Logging of Northeast Main Grain Producing Areas and Its Countermeasure

随着全球气候变暖,农业旱涝问题日趋严重,现已经成为我国农业经济可持续发展的瓶颈。作为我国商品粮基地的东北粮食主产区,近年来也遭受旱涝灾害。东北粮食主产区的旱涝灾害具有周期性、地域性、季节性特点,根据东北粮食主产区实际情况应做好农田水利建设,加强防灾减灾体系建设,鼓动农民发展高效节水农业,建设特色农业体系。

With ever - increasing global wanning, agricultural drought and water logging have been more and more serious, becoming a bottleneck of sustainable development of our agricultural economy. Northeast main grain producing areas as our commodity grain bases have been suffering drought and water logging in recent years. These disasters show periodic, regional and seasonal characteristics. Therefore, we should build water conservancy construction well, strengthen disaster prevention and mitigation system, encourage farmers to develop high -efficient water saving agriculture, and build featured agricultural system.
