摘要 服务性产业(Service industry)随着市场开放以及自由竞争的脚步更显激烈,对于服务质量(Service quality)的实务要求和理论研究也成为近五年来国内企管与营销界关注的热点问题。文章就服务质量研究的经典理论和测量方法,进行回顾、分析、评价,并提出建议。
