摘要
为确保电站锅炉的高效安全运行,需要对燃烧状态进行实时有效的诊断。文中根据直接反应燃烧状态的辐射能量和送入炉膛的燃料量之间的关联性来诊断燃烧状态,通过对锅炉不同工况下运行数据的分析,发现燃烧不稳定时两个变量的熵关联度急剧降低,因此根据灰熵关联度能够实现燃烧状态的快速诊断。
In order to ensure the safety and efficient operation of power plant in running, diagnosing the state of the combustion is necessary. In the paper, the combustion diagnosis is based on relativity between radiation energy indicating combustion state directly and fuel putted into furnace. We discover that grey-relation entropy between the variables fall sharply when combustion out of stability through analyzing running data of boiler in different operation conditions. Therefore, we can diagnose combustion states quickly based on grey-relation entropy.
