基于电磁感应的新型热解液化反应器可行性研究

摘要 将电磁感应加热技术与热裂解技术有机地结合在一起,研制出一种新型的热解液化反应器,在该反应器上既可以实现油页岩的干馏又可以实现生物质快速热解液化。利用电磁感应原理加热兼输料于一体的螺旋输料轴,不需要气体和固体热载体,降低了系统的运行能耗,避免了可燃气体的稀释,减少反应器的磨损。通过对桦甸油页岩进行实验研究,说明了该反应器的可行性,为今后油页岩和生物质的快速热解制取石油替代品奠定了基础。 In this study, electromagnetic induction heating technology and pyrolysis technology are combined to create a new type of pyrolysis liquefaction reactor, which can be used not only on oil shale dry distillation but also on biomass liquefaction. No need for a gas or solid heat carrier, Electromagnetic Induction realizes the role of heating the feeding shaft, and the system reduces the energy consumption and avoids the dilution of the combustible gases, with the reduction of abrasion on reactor. The experiments concerning Huadian oil shale show that the feasibility of the reactor, which will use as the foundation for the future oil shale and biomass fast pyrolysis technology.
