一种本质安全型远距红外对位测量装置 被引量:1

An intrinsically safe remote infrared transceiving equipment

摘要 设计了一种矿用红外收发装置,采用Boost拓扑实现了多管串联发送同步电流型驱动控制,采用IrDa通讯方式和16位CRC校验提高了测量的可靠性,且功耗低,并给出了测量距离调整的计算方法。试验结果表明,该收发装置不受杂散光的影响,发射端12V供电时功耗2.8 W,检测距离8 m,检测半径1 m,满足本质安全要求,可广泛应用于煤炭、冶金、矿山等行业。 The designed infrared transceiver used in the coal mine adopts Boost circuit and realizes the current driver control by multi-MOSFET synchronous signals. And the applied IrDa communication mode and CRC 16 bits check promotes the measurement reliability and reduces the power consumption, and provides the computing method of the distance-measured adjustment. The results show that the equipment isn't influenced by astigmatism, the power consumption is 2.8 W when the supplied electrical energy is 12 V, the testing distance is 8 m, and the redius is 1 m. This satisfies the intrinsically safe demand, and it can be widely appliod to many industries, such as coal, metallurgy, mine and so on.
