摘要
高能球磨技术是制备微纳米粉末的重要技术之一,广泛应用于矿物微纳米粉末制备领域。本文将电场强化技术引入到球磨方面,进一步强化高能球磨机的性能;详细分析了电场引入导致球磨机结构的变化,并给出结构设计方案,为电场强化的高能球磨机的工业化应用提供参考。
The high energy ball mill technology is one of the important technologies for the micro nanopowder preparation, and it is widely applied in the field of the micro mineral nanopowder preparation. This paper introduces the electric field strengthening technology to the ball mill, which strengthens the performances of the high energy ball mill further. Meanwhile, it analyses the mill structural changes leading by the electric field introduction, gives the structural design plan, which provides the reference for the industrialization application of the high energy ball mill strengthened by electric field.
