摘要
针对某BBD3854型双进双出钢球磨煤机减速机多次发生高速轴断轴、轴承损坏等问题,对磨煤机起动过程中的传动系统负荷进行核算,分析其影响因素。并计算出磨煤机起动过程下的载荷,且对此起动过程进行动力学分析,建立了其动力学方程,应用仿真软件Simulink对其进行仿真分析。
Aimed at the problems that the high-speed axis and the bearings of the reduction gearbox are damaged many times in the BBD3854 mill, this paper checks the load suffered by the mill transmission system during the normal starting process and analyses its influence factors. Then, the paper acquires the load during the process, carries on its dynamics analysis and its simulation by the software Simulink.
