摘要
针对新疆某低贫铜钼矿矿石性质,确定了"一段粗磨铜钼混合浮选—混合粗精矿再磨—铜钼分离"的浮选方案。采用该浮选方案及合理的选别条件,对含钼为0.066%,含铜0.03%的钼原矿选别,获得钼精矿品位51.68%,钼回收率74.33%,铜精矿品位12.60%的较好指标。
Aimed at the ore characteristics of a certain low grade copper-molybdenum ore in Xinjiang, the flotation flow of "a stage coarse grinding, bulk flotation of copper and molybdenum, regrinding of bulk concentrate, separation of copper and molybdenum " is determined. The experiment is done using this flow and reasonable condition, processing molybdenum and copper of crude grade being at 0.066 and at 0.03, The better index of molybdenum grade of concentrate is at 51.68%, the copper grade of concentrate is at 12.60%, and the recovery rate of molybdenum is at 74.33%.
