肾创伤的临床CT诊断

CLINICAL CT DIAGNOSIS OF RENAL TRAUMA

收集经临床和手术确诊的肾创伤13例,对其CT、B超及肾盂造影进行分析。结果认为,肾创伤的主要CT表现是:(1)肾脏增大及肾盂、肾盏变形;(2)肾包膜下出血及肾实质裂伤出血;(3)尿外渗及肾盂肾盏内积血。指出肾出血的密度随出血时间变化。并进一步对肾创伤进行CT分型。认为对于肾创伤应首选CT检查。

CT,US and pyelography of 13 confirmed cases of renal trauma were studied and analyzed.It was found that CT findings of renal trauma are:(1) enlargement of kidney shadow and malformation of renal pelvis and calyx.(2) Subcapsular hemorrhage and renal parenchymal laceration and hemorrhage.(3) leakage of urine and accumulation of blood in renal pelvis and calyx.Density of blood accumulation will change with time.Renal trauma was classified according to CT findings.CT examination should be given the priority when renal trauma is suspected.
