Survey of Basic Knowledge and Attitude to Adverse Drug Reaction Reports Among Healthcare Professionals in Anhui Province

目的:了解安徽省医务人员对药品不良反应(ADR)基本知识的认知度和报告态度。方法:以安徽省17个市为单位,采取分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取各级医疗机构医务人员进行问卷调查,EPI 6.04建立数据库、SPSS 15.0统计软件分析数据。结果:本研究共发放调查表14 484份,回收率93.1%。该省医务人员对ADR基本知识的认知度为27.9%。非条件Logistic回归分析表明,该省药学人员较医生、护士认知度高;二级医院医务人员较一级和三级医院医务人员认知度高;被调查者认为有必要填写ADR报表、工作中遇到过ADR、曾填写过ADR报表有助于提高医务人员对ADR的认知度。医务人员对ADR报告态度基本端正,但也存在一些误区。结论:加强医务人员ADR知识培训,提高医务人员对ADR的鉴别能力、上报意识和监测水平,从而避免ADR可能引发的严重后果,促进合理用药。

Objective： To investigate the basic knowledge and attitude to adverse drug reaction（ADR） of medical professionals in third-grade hospitals in 17 cities of Anhui. Method： The hospitals were selected through stratified random cluster sampling,in which the heahhcare professionals were interviewed on the spot. The database was built by EPI info 6.04 and the data were analyzed by SPSS15.0 software. Result： 14 484 questionnaires were issued, and the recovery was 93.1%. The total recognition degree was 27.9% among 13 484 interviewees. The unconditional logistic regression analysis demonstrated： pharmacists had better recognition than both doctors and nurses did, and the healthcare professionals of the second-grade hospitals got higher marks than those of other grade hospitals. The factors being helpful in enhancing recognition of ADR were as follows ： the interviewees aware of the necessity to fill in the ADR report ; having found ADR in work ; and having once filled in ADR reports. The attitude of the healthcare professionals to ADR reports was generally proper, although there were several misunderstandings. Conclusion： It is essential to provide more training courses for the heahhcare professionals to improve their ability of discrimination and consciousness of ADR reporting and level of ADR monitoring. Then some serious consequences caused by ADR could be avoided and the level of our rational drug use, improved.
