摘要
目的:观察16种中药对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)的抑菌效果,从而了解中药制剂对两类细菌的抑菌效果是否存在差异,旨在为MRSA感染的临床治疗寻求新途径。方法:MicroScan-Walkway40全自动微生物分析仪及MicroScan PosComboPane Type20复合板进行细菌学鉴定和药敏试验,按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会NCCLS2006年标准判断结果;将16种中草药制备成一定浓度的水煎液,用二倍微孔稀释法测定对MR-SA和MSSA临床株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:16种中药对MRSA和MSSA菌株均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中五倍子、黄连和黄柏的抑菌作用最强,其次为黄芩、虎杖、大黄、赤芍。结论:16种中草药对MRSA和MSSA临床株均具有一定的抗菌作用,而且敏感性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
OBJECTIVE To investigate inhibitory effect of 16 Chinese Medical Formula Decoction on methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and methicillin sensitive staphylococcus aureus(MSSA), and thus to know whether the inhihitory effect of theses Chinese drugs on MRSA and MSSA differs or not for exploring new method in treating MRSA infection clinically. METHODS The MicroScanWalkway40 automatic microorganism analyzer and MicroScan PosComboPane Type20 were used for bacteriological identification and susceptibility test, respectively. And the results were evaluated according to A- merican National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards in 2006(NCCLS). And then different concentrations of 16 Chinese Medical Formula Decoction were used to evaluate their minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) on MRSA and MSSA strains by double-micropore dilution method. RESULTS All the 16 Chinese Medical Formula Decoctions could inhibit MRSA and MSSA strains in varying degrees, and among of them, Galla Chinensis, Rhizoma Coptidis and Cortex Phellodendri were more effective, then Radix Scutellariae. Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati , Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Radix Paeoniae Rubra. CONCLUSION All the 16 Chinese Medical Formula Decoction can inhibit MRSA and MSSA strains in varying degrees, and there are not significant differences in the sensitivity to MRSA and MSSA strains.
