造血干细胞移植治疗系统性红斑狼疮的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是一种自身免疫介导的、临床表现为多系统损害的慢性自身免疫性疾病（autoimmune diseases，ADs）。本病主要临床特征是机体存在多种针对自身抗原的致病性抗体，并导致多系统免疫性炎症和损伤。尽管糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂等合理使用可以显著改善SLE患者的临床预后，但是对于部分患者这些治疗仍不足以控制疾病，
