摘要 在动态环境下,动态能力是企业维持竞争优势的关键所在。以战略管理理论中的动态能力理论为基础,分析了物流企业动态能力的构成要素,为物流企业应对动态竞争环境提供了理论基础。 Based on the dynamic capabilities theory in strategic management theory, the paper analyzes the elements of dynamic capabilities of logistics corporations and gives some advices to logistics corporations on coping with the dynamic competitive environments.
