针对目前企业业务流程重组越来越复杂且效率不高的实际情况,给出了一种利用基于案例推理方法支持业务流程进行动态优化、评价与重组的系统思路,重点阐述了该方法的可行性、特点以及相应流程案例的表示方法及检索策略。

Based on the reality of business process reengineering of enterprises, the paper proposes a business process reengineering method with case-based reasoning to support the optimization, evaluation and reengineering of business process and focuses on describing the feasibility and features of the method and the representing and retrieval approaches of the case.
