摘要 首先在分析可持续建筑发展现状的基础上,做出了可持续建筑建设项目需要构建供应链的基本判断,并分析了可持续建筑建设项目构建供应链的两个重要意义:降低可持续建筑的建设成本、推进可持续建筑的合作开发,然后提出了可持续建筑建设项目供应链的3种备选模式:"技术集成机构主导+第3方物流辅助"模式、"代建机构主导+第3方物流辅助"模式和"总承包商主导+第3方物流辅助"模式,最后分析了可持续建筑建设项目供应链的构建过程。 The paper discusses why to establish supply chain in sustainable architecture construction projects, proposes three modes for the supply chain in sustainable architecture construction projects to select, such as 'taking the technology integrated institution as the lead plus 3PL mode', 'taking the construction agent as the lead plus 3PL mode' and 'taking the general eonti'actor as the lead plus 3PL mode' and finally describes the establishing process of the supply chain.
