摘要
根据对3t叉车前轮轮毂六角支爪处结构设计和尺寸的分析,以及叉车前轮轮毂端面上划钻12-M12×1.25的孔的功用分析等,充分考虑到平板车的车轮为载重轮。通过改变叉车前驱动轮的轮毂的局部尺寸和设计结构,使叉车驱动轮毂也用在了平板车上,且满足平板车的工况需要。应用中保持轮胎、轮辋总成、轮毂螺栓、螺母以及连接螺栓的通用性和互换性不变。
Changing partial sizes and designing structure of the front driving wheel nave of a forklift, the paper applies the front driving wheel nave in flatbed truck, satisfies the operational needs of flatbed truck and keeps the interchangability of tyres, rims, total assembling, bolts and screw nuts of nave and joint bolts unchangable.
